The Management Committee meets six times a year usually on a weakday, at 5:30pm, and has collective responsibility for fulfilling aims and objectives of the the Redbridge Faith Forum.During these meetings there have been presentations and speakers from a variety of organisations and agencies including Afsheen Rashid from the London Sustainability Exchange and John Pearce Redbridge Council's planning department.

The members also decided to open up the meetings to encourage members from Faith Communities to observe. Those who have attended to observe meetings include a Buddhist monk form Buddhist Cultural Centre, various members of local faith based residents groups and a newly appointed Christian minister.

There is currently two vacancies for a Christian and one vacancy for Jewish representatives.
